General Terms and Conditions

Generalities

All our guides are certified by Swiss Cycling Guide, JS, or certified by KM0 and are authorized to work all year round.

Cancelation

  1. Cancellation by a customer: Bad weather conditions are not a valid reason for cancellation. Therefore, cancellations cannot be made due to weather conditions not meeting the customer's expectations.
  2. Cancellation by the guide: A cancellation is only justified if the risk is too high for the clients. In this case, no fees apply to either party and the service is rescheduled for a later date.
  3. Cancellation of group classes and workshops: A minimum number of participants is required for workshops and group classes. If a class or workshop is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, fees will be refunded or a later date can be arranged by mutual agreement.

Cancellation by the customer

Responsibility

Each client must have accident insurance as well as private liability insurance. Membership in REGA is strongly recommended. Each client must verify with their accident insurance provider that they have repatriation, assistance, and medical expense coverage. Each client is responsible for having valid insurance coverage abroad in the event of travel.

Each client is responsible for their own skill level and must adapt their speed accordingly. Km0 and the guides are not liable in case of an accident. Responsibility in case of an accident rests with the client.

Damages

Km0 and the guides are not responsible for any damage to the equipment. Each client must respect their own abilities and is solely responsible for any damage.
During the internship, each participant is responsible for any damage they cause (damage to the villas – shared equipment – …)

Image rights

Photos will be taken during courses, trips, and workshops. If the client does not wish their image to be used, this must be specifically mentioned to the guide.

Divers

Km0 strives to offer the best safety and supervision conditions for every activity. However, cycling remains a risky sport, and the mountains are a dangerous environment. By accepting these terms of use upon registration, you acknowledge that you are fully aware of these risks, and you and your family waive all claims and legal action against km0 and its partners for any personal injury, death, or property damage.
